I will be traveling to Italy and France, my time will be split 50/50, which language should I learn?

antcomp2002 asked: I will be traveling to Toulouse, Lourdes, Rome and Milan (flight connections in Paris and Frankfurt). Which language would I be better off focusing on more? I know there both similar however.
